Brokerage Professionals

We’re seeking experienced brokerage professionals with demonstrated capabilities in tenant representation, agency representation, and investment sales. MORE

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience and training
  • Experience negotiating office leasing transactions, and experience in all classes of investment sales

 

Qualifications and Special skills:

  • Thoroughly understand the market and the ability to clearly articulate trends, demographic shifts, new projects, and other relevant factors
  • Clear, cooperative, strong negotiator – professional, excellent communicator
  • Successful in marketing commercial real estate – thoughtful, strategic, and detail oriented
  • Experienced in document drafting (Letters of Intent, Leases, Investment Sales Contracts, etc.) – fully understands implications of terms
  • Ability to understand a situation and creatively, logically strategize alternatives and determine a course of action.
    Strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and good time management skills are all required competencies
  • Strong mathematical skills required to perform financial calculations such as return on investment, net present value and other financial ratios, percentages, and measurements
  • Successful experience in canvassing, cold calling, and maintain relationship
  • Project management – organized, focused, goal oriented, driven, moves through processes with ease
  • Strong local network – influencer within the brokerage community and in external organizations (board service, speaking engagements)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with high aptitude for learning new software programs
  • Active Washington, DC Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License

Marketing Associate

Create and promote sophisticated and appealing marketing materials. First impressions do make a difference. Reporting to Managing Principal. MORE

 

Scope of responsibilities (including, but not limited to, the following):

  • Handle all marketing efforts for the company: oversee mailings, email blasts, brochures, listing information, etc.
  • Work with company principles, brokers, tenants, and members of the press to promote the company’s brand
  • Prepare and issue press releases on closed transactions, company news and events, to media and trade organizations.
  • Research periodicals and publications to advertise in within relevant markets. Negotiate ad space, ad placement, and pricing with advertisers.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
  • Create marketing budget to support the marketing plan and monitor monthly, to reforecast and adjust as needed, to meet year-end projections
  • Maintain company’s website, and updating with innovative and creative infrastructure

 

Qualifications and Special skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Three to five years of marketing experience.  Real estate background preferred, but not required
  • Experience creating presentations in a faced-paced environment
  • Must possess a strong internal drive and initiative to produce results
  • Build positive working relationships with at all levels within the organization
  • Effectively work with minimal supervision
